Kyle Reed is the founder and owner of Stannect. Before moving into CRM systems, automation, and business process design, he worked as a metallurgical engineer after earning his degree from the Colorado School of Mines. Today, he brings that engineering mindset to building practical systems that make sales, communication, and business processes easier to manage. Outside of work, Kyle is a husband, father, and outdoor enthusiast with a lifelong interest in technology. He enjoys finding ways to take complicated systems and turn them into something people can actually use.

Operations Manager

Kyle Pretorius is the Operations Manager at Stannect and genuinely enjoys figuring out how to make complicated systems work better. He specializes in CRM systems, automation, AI agents, integrations, troubleshooting, and improving internal processes. With a background in project management and advanced development, Kyle spends much of his time solving technical problems, testing new ideas, and turning "there has to be a better way to do this" into something that actually works. Outside of work, Kyle is a huge cat person. If you do not like cats, the friendship may require further review.

Hanco Rautenbach is a Project Manager at Stannect with a strong focus on technical problem-solving and system improvement. He specializes in CRM systems, automations, integrations, and improving processes to help clients get more out of the systems they use. A large part of his role involves technical development, tracking down issues, and finding practical solutions that make systems more reliable and day-to-day operations easier for clients. Outside of work, Hanco is a gamer at heart and enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting out whenever he can.

Robert Roberts is a Project Manager and Implementation Specialist at Stannect who enjoys turning complex processes into simple, effective systems. He works closely with clients to build and optimize CRM systems, automations, integrations, and workflows that make day-to-day operations easier. Robert takes a hands-on, problem-solving approach and stays focused on practical solutions that help clients get more from the systems they use.

Ciara Janeke, Client Experience Manager at Stannect

Ciara Janeke

Client Experience Manager

Ciara Janeke is the Client Experience Manager at Stannect and makes sure clients always know someone is listening and working on what they need. She keeps communication moving, follows up, provides updates, and helps make sure clients feel heard and taken care of throughout the process. Ciara is also quick to learn a new system, process, or skill when it means helping a client or teammate. Her favorite part of the job is building genuine relationships with clients and getting the occasional message that says, "I could hug you right now." Outside of work, Ciara loves animals, especially cats, along with worship music and spending time with the people she cares about.
